The Promise
Working for myself has been a lifelong dream. I’ve always longed for the autonomy and the flexible schedule that business ownership can provide. I believe that many people go into business for themselves for the exact same reason. They want to own their time and not be subject to arbitrary work hours. The business day is the business day, but being in control of your schedule can allow you to be available for family and friends, vacations and obligations, time for more work and time for more play.
The Reality
I learned through owning another business that that dream does not always match up with reality. Tasks and responsibilities that you weren’t expecting fall into your lap. Your confidence wanes as new skill sets are required. Suddenly you’re as overwhelmed as you were at your job.
The Bridge
Having a bookkeeper does not solve all of your problems, but outsourcing that responsibility can reduce stress, anxiety and obligation. I want to help business owners feel like they have ease and clarity in their business, and the autonomy and free time they desire.
